Thank God there's a subscription box

So, I told you I was gonna be real. It's funny how life works. I decide to write a blog and my first blog entry (after my intro...) my period. If that's TMI stop reading here. LOL.

So, after 22+ years of a period you'd think I'd be use to them by now. But my God do I still hate them. I must say though I recently tried a period subscription box called Bonjour Jolie (link). I had to stop my subscription because money is too tight but I was able to try them out for a few months and man am I gonna miss them.

They made my period bearable, fun almost...okay well not fun but something to look almost forward to lol
My cycle is off like crazy so I got my subscription box like 3 weeks early (they sent it on time, its my cycle). I didn't let myself open it until good ol' Aunt Flo came to town. It's fun being 33 and getting what is basically a present. I mean yes I got to pick out my tampons/pads/liners etc but the extras make it so damn fun. This month I got free Philosophy gifts and of course the good snacks. So needless to say, when I was ready to strangle people today, I enjoyed being able to reach into my snack bag from Bonjour Jolie. I'm gonna miss them.

I'm hoping money frees up and I can try them again sometime soon. My family and friends may hope some money frees up too lol I'm shocked how much joy it brought this week.So yeah, I get no money or anything for "pimping" the company, I just thought I'd share how great they were. So if you're into subscription boxes check them out :)

til next time :)

So She Wrote a blog

Well, Hello.

At my little summary says I'm Tiffany. I'm 33 (almost 34, gasp). I'm very blessed to be the mother of a little girl named Kinley. She is turning 4 soon and she's my world. I work 40+ hours a week in healthcare and am going at this motherhood thing single. I can't say I'm going about it alone because I'm not alone. I have a small yet wonderful support system. They are my rock.

For years I blogged and vlogged and all those wonderful things. Then life took over with a new late term premie and she was my only concern. Now that time is passing and she's turned from a baby to a little girl, I find myself having a little bit of time again for things like this. Things I once loved.

I'm not a perfectionist about how I type, my sentence structure, and all that jazz. I type how I speak to my friends and family. I'm real, and I'm far from perfect.

I'm not sure exactly where I plan to take this blog. I think it may be a mixture of things in my life. Crafts and projects, product reviews (from make up and nail polish to staple guns and spray paint lol), and of course my major goal of getting back to my pre-baby weight and surviving PPD, and now depression.

So I guess just stay tuned.
